• Shipping Delays: Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays occur.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Locations

• We currently ship to all locations within India. However, delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.

6. Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Susmi Creation is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Missed Delivery: In case of missed delivery attempts, the courier will usually make 2-3 additional attempts to deliver the package. If the delivery still fails, the package may be returned to us.
• Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package to initiate a claim.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.
